Premiums deducted without consent

My daughter, who is a student, received a gift package from Platinum and then they phoned her to sell her insurance. She said she would think about it, however, the very first month they started deducting premiums from her bank account via debit order. She has never given them consent to do that. She has not received any policy documents or a contract. She phoned them numerous times to find out what is going on, also to stop the policy. However, they do absolutely nothing and continue to deduct the money. They have deducted more than a R1 000 already and for a student this is a lot of money. The least they should do is pay back the premiums of the policy she has never accepted nor received.
