Premium fee reduced!!
They call me to reduce my premium ,when I had skipped a payment.Thwy understood that it itteying times we are living water b ,instead of having me loose out on my years of paying ! ,They came up with a reduced fee for sometime until a certain time I'll go back to the agreed contract amount.
