02 Nov 2021, 12:51 POPI Act at Platinum Life or not? I would just like to complain as I am busy at this moment sending an email to cancel my woman's cancer policy at Platinum Life.

How in the world can Platinum life give your banking details to Box Fashion firstly?

Secondly how can Platinum life send me a gift voucher for being loyal to them and then few days later I must become a member at a monthly fee at Box Fashion to pay these vouchers back?

You sign up for a cancer policy and then all of the sudden you must pay for sunglasses and girly treats because you have been nominated by Platinum Life?

Pathetic services!

I will be canceling my policy just to avoid this harassment!
