Poor service
I received an SMS from Platinum life, saying that someone has selected me to receive a promotional gift.Then on the next day,I got a call from the company.The consultant said that I was going to receive an SMS after the call for me to select a gift that I would like to receive but no sms came through, even today and I still haven't received my gift.Im starting to think that this was a **** as I was asked some personal questions even the name of the bank that I'm using

You were contacted on the 13th of September 2019 and your details captured on our system. Our promotional gifts are sent out within 6-8 weeks from this date, so you are still set to receive an sms with more details as soon as it has been merged on system.
