Policy Upgrade - Jasmin
I had a call regarding an upgrade to my policy. She explained everything so I could understand and did not intimidate me so I felt comfortable asking questions. Well done Jasmin. Only thing I wasn't happy with was that I could not choose when I would like to upgrade and increase my cover to suit my financial situation. Other then that, very happy.
