Policy Retention

I called Platinum Life to cancel my policy as it became unaffordable and is retiring in March 2020. Anke of Platinum Life retention team called me to weigh my options of how i could hold onto this policy which I paid for for so many years. Thank you Anke for the splendid way in which you explained every detail of what I stand to loose and made every effort to retain my policy. With a reduced premium, I am now able to continue with my policy.
