Policy premium reduction
Rachelle at Platinum Life was very understanding and not judgmental of my situation at all. She went out of her way to help work out an affordable premium and still give me the best cover during this lockdown period for the 2nd time in 2 months after i found out we have to take a 15% pay cut until December this year. Thank you Rachelle and Platinum Life
