Desiree u were great help indeed, reducing my premium was the best thing than canceling policy at all,, u made me understand in my own mother tongue. I really appreciate that bcos sometimes when ur stressed u just make decisions without thinking esp during this period of Pandemic, u were a great help indeed keep it up
