Policy not authorized and money deducted
I was contacted to increase my policy which I explained I can't afford 470 a month as I am not working and only receive a sassa .. little to my surprise they deducted the 470 from my account without my authorization! This is theft and I want the money back in my account! I want my policy cancelled! You can not just make your own decisions and deduct the amount you would like from people's bank account!

I am so sorry about the experience you had. The upgrade has been removed with immediate effect and I have arranged with a consultant from our Options Department to give you a call. Please note that I have requested the call made to you to follow up on the conduct of the consultant and how the upgrade was offered.
An updated policy schedule will be sent out and a refund for the difference has been arranged and will be paid as soon as we have received confirmation from the bank
