Policy Cancellation

I phoned your office previously to cancel, and I was told someone would contact me, but I have not received any follow-up.

I am increasingly concerned, as many customer reviews reflect similar issues—particularly regarding delays in responding to cancellation requests, repeated calls, and difficulty getting a clear answer. My own experience has also felt pressured and unprofessional. When I am busy, your agents insist the call will “only take a minute,” yet continue speaking for 10 minutes or longer. This is extremely frustrating and not respectful of clients’ time.

Additionally, when I previously called to cancel, I felt discouraged and pressured not to proceed. I am also very unhappy that despite making regular payments, there seems to be no benefit or payout at cancellation, while the company continues to profit through promotional “free gifts” and unclear processes.

Please treat this as my official request to cancel my policy immediately. I expect written confirmation within 48 hours, along with any required documentation to complete the process.
