Policy Cancellation
Today I have phoned the call center to cancel my policy. To my delight a very friendly young lady assisted me in cancelling the policy and stopping the debit order immediately without any hassles. I expected to be on the phone for an hour and having to struggle to get any results, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and good service. Well done!
