policy cancelation
I wanted to cancel my policy because of financial issues and a lady by the name of Rose called me to find out why i need to cancel. When i explained to her my issue she offered my a lower premium with the same payout value for myself and partner. There were also some conerns that I had about the policy and she took her time to explain them to me. Rose needs an BELLS.
