Policy
I need a consultant to contact me asap they deducted money from my account thats not even my money.i will name and shame platinum life.i need them to pay back the money they deducted of my account on the 4th of september 2024.i tried to cancel numerous times but they dont want to cancel my policy.

Kindly note that the last instruction we had on system was an adjustment of your premium and cover from September 2024 as discussed with our team. The premium deducted due to this, but I have cancelled your policy with immediate effect and a refund has been arranged.
