Please remove my contact details from your system, I've been getting calls from your agent and he is persistent even though I made it clear I don't want any cover from you guys and that if I do get interested in the future I'd contact platinum life. Please stop calling my work place non stop you are disturbing me.

All our consultants are trained to do object handling at least once during a call, but I apologize if your request was not adhered to. I have requested the calls that were made to you, to follow up regarding the manner in which the calls were handled. If the call is not handled up to Platinum Life standards, the matter will be addressed with the consultant.
