Please may I request that:

1. I am no longer contacted for ANY of your services 2. Any and all details of mine are removed entirely from your database.

I'm sure your methods of collecting information is very likely contravening the POPI act. Extracts from the POPI Act:

- When and how you choose to share your information (requires your consent) - Providing you with access to your own information as well as the right to have your data removed and/or destroyed should you so wish.

The fact that I have been referred by family or friends does not constitute me giving you consent to call me.

I do not expect a call from your Customer Services Department, I just expect for my request to be honored and confirmation of my request to be communicated either via Hello Peter or e-mail.
