PLEASE CANCEL ANY COVER
I was nominated by a friend for a free gift which I did not receive but im not really bothered about that. I assume there is a process I did not complete yet.
However I was called by a Bradley Vos on 14 March regarding taking out cover through Platinum Life. I decided to be nice and listen to what he has to say however when he wanted me to confirm whether I will take the cover or not I told him "I would like to see the policy documents first before I decide or not" I said it multiple times. I felt uncomfterable when my bank account details was asked so I ended the call and saw immediately afterwards free cover of R50,000 was activated. If any cover was activated I want it to be cancelled. Please also add my number to the do not disturb list. I don't want any cover from Platinum Life.
