Playing Debt Collectors and ignoring Communication

On the 28th of September my 1st Debit Order wth Platinum Life went off , as someone who check their bank statemnt every 2 days , I noticed that the Debit Order was not the usual "ACB Debit"like normal service providers ,insurance included but it was a "NAEDO Tracked"debit . Now please tell me which normal insurance collects their debit in this was as if they are a debt collection company .

Secondly I sent communication via their website to cancel my Policy with them , that was on the 1st October today being the 5th , I have not received any acknowledgement or feedback from these people .

When they want you to sign up they will send you free gifts ,constantly being in contact . Now that I am contacting them wanting to cancel they are nowhere to be found . Let's not even touch the contact number submitted , I spent more than 5 mins holding .

I WANT TO CANCEL MY POLICY , IF I HAVE TO GO VIA HELLOPETER TO GET YOUR ATTENTION THEN SO BE IT
