Platinium Life "sold" my wife a policy in December 2018 over the phone without her consent - I was in the room at the time. Apparently send me some docs so I can look over it is concent for a policy. They debited my account via debit order without my permission. They would not allow me to cancel the policy bearing in mind they were debiting a 'legally' random bank account. I received no refund at the time...... Fast forward a year and a debit order has reappeared on my account - basically its theft! I would suggest that you contact me immediately before I lay a charge of theft with SAPS.
