They have always been very professional and are pleasant to speak to on the telephone. They have helped me get the cover I need 2 years ago, and were very accommodating with my second annual reviews, increasing my premiums slightly, for FAR better cover. I am very satisfied. *They've sent me digital policy documents, Which I have accessed, but not printed. I wish they would send me a printed policy-document as well!
