This company says "Trusted by Milliins" ...Well it's about time the millions here the truth about how they fool u to take up their telephonic offer and don't tell u that if you decide to cancel your premiums within 20 years you are not liable to get a cent back for all the premiums you paid???I have been paying close to 6 years of premiums and due to financial constraints and after learning my company policy covers all the same benefits I decided to cancel the policy and ask for my premiums back I was told on the phone today " sorry you have no monies due to you" ???? What has happened to my almost R300 000.00 I have paid in premiums??? I will not rest until these opportunists are exposed for what they really are!!! DON'T BE FOOLED!!!

Dear Ivor, Thank you for taking my call. As discussed this morning, all our policies are pure risk and as such, does not accrue any cash or surrender value as your premium is allocated monthly to ensure you enjoy full cover. This is also stated in your policy documentation. I have requested all the calls that were made to you with regards to your policy and any upgrades that were taken and this will be sent out via email as soon as it has been received. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the feedback you have received, this matter has been escalated to the Client Care Manager.
