The only Insurance Co I could call for Payment Holiday during Covid 19 and it was done there and then with my first call. Special thsnks to a lady call Ethresia for taking care of this for me. With Sanlam and Old Mutual, I need the fill in form and sign it, to apply for Payment Holiday that they emailed me but Im at home and not at work - No printer and scanner at home. Sanlam and Old Mutual can learn from Platinum!!!!
