They called to upsell in Oct. I told them im not interested and wanted to cancel. They acknowledged and said i will be called again. Next call i got was to upsell and a debit went off. Imagine my shock. It went from my policy has lapsed me telling thrm i want to cancel to a debit. I assumed i had cancelled late hence the debit. To my shock the next month they debited double. I called them quering this wanting my money back. I was told they will call me as soon as possible. Its been 2 weeks no call. I regret ever taking their call for this damn policy which i dont even need or want
