Platinum Life's consultants are very understanding, very helpful . For months a certain amount was deducted from my account and I was fine with it because it was affordable to me as I am unemployed, but November a increased amount was deducted which I wasn't happy about , yes that was the agreement months before ,but they could have phoned or emailed me to ask if it's ok to increase , am I able to afford that amount, some sort of communication. I emailed them and explained my situation and a consultant name Rose got into contact with me. Very nice and polite Rose 🌹 .I explained that I am unemployed and I won't be able to afford that increased amount and Rose understood my situation and we reach and agreement to continue the policy with a lower amount. That I was happy about because we never know when we might need help from Platinum Life. So Thank you Rose 🌹 your service was highly appreciated 🙏 ❤️
