PLATINUM LIFE - VERY BAD CLIENT SERVICES
I used to have a policy with Platinum Life and I had no other option but to cancel this policy due to financial difficulties. Platinum Life said they will stop the payments but keep it on record. Today a lady phoned me from Platinum. I told her that we are still not financially able to afford any extra monthly payments. The lady from Platinum Life kept on and on about this policy and I only have to pay end of January 2020. When I told her again, no we cannot afford even a lower premium she got upset and said she cannot hear me clearly the line is bad. Platinum Life telephone consultants are nice until you tell them you cannot afford a policy then they become more adamant and rude and no matter how you explain that you cannot afford a policy, they just don't care and understand!!

I know your policies are optional. All policies are, thus when your client service lady became adamant i wondered what is important to her, her fee on getting a client to reinstate or to have compassion for someone. If i was in a financial situation to afford this policy i would have. But i know what we are financially capable off and when to draw a line. I know this is an important policy but in the meantime, we must survive as a family and other things takes priority.
