Platinum life unauthorised debit order
These people took an unauthorised debit order off my account! I EXPLICITLY said to the consultant that I do not wish to give my bank details over the phone and he assured me NO debit order would be taken off it is just to complete the forms to send through to me for review, and upon acceptance all I would need to do is sign and send it back. I have done NO SUCH thing. I am LIVID. You cannot just take off money without any form of authorisation
