<p>Excellent service received.</p> <p>I received my "The Box Fashion" gift from Platinum Life and decided to wear the lovely drop earrings. Sadly the hook holding the drop was not closed properly which resulted in me losing the one earring. I contacted Platinum Life as well as The Box Fashion via email. Within minutes I heard back from both and my replacement earrings are on its way.</p> <p>Well done to both of you!!!</p>
