Platinum Life - the best company EVER

Platinum Life is an amazing company. My breast cancer insurance claim was promptly paid out after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. This is a difficult time in a cancer patient's life and I was treated with empathy and respect, receiving assistance when it was needed. I was kept informed of the progress of my claim submission through every step of the process. Having the claim paid out so swiftly and professionally would have been enough. But no - Platinum Life goes the extra mile, underpromising and over delivering every time. While I was undergoing chemotherapy, I received a call from a lovely lady from Platinum Life. She enquired after my health and treatment and it was obvious that she knows all about breast cancer. She then asked for my dress and shoe size as the company wanted to send me a gift. The gift arrived today. The loveliest care pack anyone could wish for, including a personalised message in a lovely greeting card. I continue to be delighted by this company and I can strongly recommend them to anyone. I know my experience with them is not an isolated event. Many more happy customers out there.
