Platinum life STOLE my money!!!!!
Platinum life deducted money from me twice and when I canceled the policy and asked for my money back they said they can only give back the last one deducted because I canceled in time. They said they sent an email to which I had to respond yes or no to with in 30 days. The woman I spoke to said they sending an email with the info of the policy NOT YOU HAVE TO RESPOND TO TEHE EMAIL WITHIN 30 DAYS OR WE WILL START DEDUCTING MONEY. They pressure en lie and can't talk no for an answer even after telling them I do not have to money to pay for this and then trick you with this email not saying YOU HAVE TO RESPOND TO IT OR THEU DEDUCT MONEY. When they called wanting names and numbers of friends I confirmed with the guy that I have no open policy with them and shortly after money started deducting. I want all my money back. I never consented and they **** about the email. Said it wa s info not that I had to respond. They technically stole my money.

You were contacted on the 12th of May 2022 and offered a policy with Platinum Life. In that call, our sales team would have advised on the 30 day review period, how it works and a full legal closure would have been done. A mandate was also sent out for the policy, which you accepted. I have requested the calls and will gladly send it through with further feedback
As no cancellation was received prior, the policy started in July 2022 as discussed. As you agreed to the policy, accepted the mandate and did not contact us to cancel, there is no further refund due on this policy.
Kindly note that your policy has been cancelled and a refund for the August premium will be done. No further premiums will be deducted and I will provide further feedback regarding the sales call as well.
