PLATINUM LIFE ***** MY FOOD MONEY DONATED BY A FRIEND
Last week I was called and the week befor about my debit orders been returned unpaid, I explained that I am unemployed and cannot efford it anymore. Yesterday a friend send me money for groceries and before i COULD USE THE MONEY THEY TOOK IT FROM MY ACCOUNT, NOW THAT IS NASTY AND I CANNOT BELIEVE SUCH CHEEKYNESS FROM AN INSURANCE COMPANY TO ***** IN THESE TESTING TIMES. SHAME ON YU.

I have received your complaint and would like to apologize for the experience you had. I have looked into this matter and like to provide some feedback.
Kindly note that I have no record of a cancellation request being received by our Client Care team. I also followed up and could not trace any incoming or outgoing calls made from the contact details on system. Please advise when you spoke to us and I will gladly follow up?
A cancellation has been logged and all further premiums stopped with immediate effect. Our cancellation team will be in touch to confirm this with you. A refund will be arranged for the December premium and will be paid as soon as confirmation has been received from the bank.
