Platinum Life staff are amazing and friendly

Platinum Life staff are amazing and friendly. On my diagnosis of Breast Cancer I called them regarding making a claim. I was efficiently guided through the process and helped when I had any queries. On submission I was notified of its receipt and was given the name, email and contact details of the person that would be my claims consultant, namely Landi Janse van Rensburg. Landi kept me up to date telephonically and via sms of exactly where my claim was in the process and what was happening. She finally made a call that made me happy, my claim had been approved. She then followed this up with documented proof of our conversation. I have never received such outstanding and efficient (but friendly) help with any claim I've ever dealt with. Congratulations to Platinum and Landi for caring about the client and what they are going through at the time of a horrid diagnosis.
