Policy canceled via e-mail. Got conformation e-mail, but still taking money out of my bank account. If there is anyone out there with the same problem, please contact me via e-mail on ********** and leave a detailed message . We are in the process of opening a case, and would like all other parties to join me with the same problems they are receiving. Please also get all your documents in order, bank statements and correspondence with Platinum Life. We are also going to the press and social media to expose Platinum Life as this is a complete ripoff for many people. Thank you

Firstly I would like to sincerely apologize for the premium that was deducted. We did receive your email on the 1st of June 2018, but due to a system error, the policy was unfortunately not canceled.
I have stopped all future premiums with immediate effect and a refund will be paid back into your account within the week.
Kindly note that nothing further will be requested from your account and the policy has been canceled.
