The company is very professional, the agents make you feel like you are the only customer and also they are very friendly. 1. Platinum Life always makes follow up on me their client and make sure that I am satisfied and assisted with whatever matter I had at the time.
2. They have excellent customer care and pay attention to detail. There has never been a time when I call I and I am not assisted. I am very happy and pleased with Platinum Life.
3. On the plus side they spoil me with the goodies that they normally send. They sure know how to make a girl feel special.
4. You deserve a hug, and keep up with the good work and awesome work ethic. customer satisfaction comes first with Platinum life.
