Platinum Life promotional gift is a Lie
Please be weary of this free promotional gift from Platinum Life
Been selected twice by people I know who took out policies and then I received calls from platinum Life . They ask confidential information then after that, they say an SMS will come to select your gift and delivery will be confirmed but that will never happen.
Its been almost 2 years and didn't receive the gift from the first promotional gift and then in the most recent instance no SMS ever came

I have received your complaint and would like to provide some feedback regarding this matter.
You were nominated in October 2019. Our gifts are sent out at random and you received a voucher for 50% off any purchase from Isabella Garcia via sms. I have arranged for this to be resent to you.
Recently, you were contacted again on the 19th of January 2021. As confirmed in the call, an sms with more information is sent out within 4-6 weeks, so you are still set to receive it.
