Platinum life. People with heart.
Tracy gave me a call about my request on cancellation . After we spoke for a while I could hear that she truly understood my heart, never mind my policy . Its the first time I’ve experienced a person caring about my needs , and it wasn’t about her job that she’s doing. It was personal. Amazing person and wonderful help that I needed at that moment.
