PLATINUM LIFE LIE TO THEIR CLIENTS
After fruitless attempts to get my claim processed and paid out, it has now been 6 weeks where I have been **** to or ignored. I am embarrassed that I referred some of my friends to them and I sincerely hope that they never have to claim from this company. Because while you are dealing with cancer and chemo you also have to deal with PLATINUM LIFE. And after 6 weeks I still have received NO payment of my claim even after I was sent an e-mail that my claim would be paid to me. I AM SO DONE WITH PLATINUM LIFE!

Don't bother because I do not believe a word of anything anyone at your company tells me. There are just too many inconsistent stories. I have advised all my friends on FB to look for other companies to have their policies because dealing with Platinum Life is just too stressfull. And your management is conveniently absent because they do not care that their clients are dealing with cancer chemo and Platinum Life. So I am done with you lot. I just hope that I never ever have to claim from your organisation again. My husband had far better service from Old Mutual when he claimed for cancer 5 years ago. Maybe you could learn something from them like COMPASSION and following through. And not lie to your clients!!!!
