I received a call regarding my policy upgrade from Kathleen. Her service was excellent. I was asked to upgrade which included an accidental policy which I didn't require. And to my surprise I was explained in detail that I could upgrade and not obligated to the accidental policy. Thank you Kathleen and the staff of platinum life for their understanding n being able to explain their policies in detail no matter how stupid the question asked. They are always friendly.
