Last week my wife got a call from Platinum Life promising that they were going to send her a gift voucher. After giving them 100 phone numbers the voucher came, when we tried to use it the check out page crashed and the Isabella Garcia website asked us to reload the page. We reloaded the page and when trying to apply the coupon code we get an error that it does not exist! ********

I have received your review and I am sorry to hear that you were unable to use the voucher. It is possible that a technical error occurred due to the page being reloaded.

I have asked a consultant from Isabella Garcia to give you a call and assist with redeeming the voucher online. Please keep an eye out for that call.
