Platinum life is Very ********* when it comes to paying claims was sold life cover but was not clearly stated that its just an accident cover request the recordings and they only explained the accidental cover part didn't mention if it was comprehensive or not cause insurance has to states that you ate cover for both natural and unnatural causes wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from them

These documents are sent out before the policy commences, and a 30-day review period is provided to allow policy holders sufficient time to review the information and contact us with any questions or concerns before the cover starts.
We strive to be transparent regarding the cover we provide, and our team is always available to explain both the benefits and limitations of the policy should any clarification be required.
