Platinum life is the worst! Dont believe their lies
Platinum life phones me to inform me my policy is in arrears. When on my statements every month has gone off from my side. When asked why they want more money they come with arrears yet I have prove of no arrears. I ask for immidiate cancellation of my policy- uppon confirmation from them policy cancelled with immediate effect and all debit orders stopped. Just to this morning to take money from my (R350 social grant) hence leaving me with no survival. Ignorance on mails from their side. The worst company costumer service ever! Imagine it came to claim time. These people are dealing in ways that is ********* and brutal.

Please accept my apologies for the debit order that was deducted after your cancellation was received. As the premium was already at the bank, we were unable to stop it but this should have been disclosed accordingly.
Your policy is cancelled and all further premiums have been stopped with immediate effect. A refund of the February premium has been arranged and will reflect in your account within the next 48 working hours.
