Platinum life is the worst insurance company, they don't respond to our emails, they do deduction of premiums on dates as they please ,they then send you threatening emails that your insurance is in arrears and that you are no longer covered by Platinum Life ,what kind of people are working at Platinum Life ,then they even force you to rate their service with a 5star rating so they can get a R5000 bonus ,this is a unprofessional company with employees who doesn't have a clue what they are doing, sadly I have been a client of them for many years and really to my disappointment of joining them because of their lack of interest and care and service delivery to their customers, 1 star is not what they deserve but you only get a option of 1 to 5 rating, I won't even refer them to my worst enemies
