Platinum life insurance
I gave my notice to cancel my premium and was told nothing would be refunded to me. As I had been a client of theirs since 2017

All our policies are pure risk cover and as such, do not accrue a cash or surrender value. Our policies do have the added money-back benefit. At the money back date of your policy (as provided on your documentation), if the policy is still in force and claim free, you do get back 50% off all premiums paid within this time.
You did speak to one of our consultants and your policy is currently not active and all further debit orders have been stopped with immediate effect.
