Platinum Life insurance
They called me singing me to their life cover. The lady promised to send me documents with all details but I am still waiting. I no long want any documents from them clearly they are ******** us. I want to cancel the insurance today.

Policy documentation is sent out within 2-3 weeks from when you are contacted for a policy and after receiving it, you have a 30 day legal review period to go through it. The policy in question has not been loaded on our system yet, but I have sent your cancellation request through to ensure that nothing is issued out in your name, I have also requested the calls and will send it through with feedback as soon as it has been received
