Platinum life insurance annoying phone calls
I have been getting very annoying calls from different numbers and it's all from Platinum life. I have told them various times that I am not interested in their gift or promotion yet I still get about 20 calls a day from them..that is not even an exaggeration. I am really not interested in anything they are offering and just want them to leave me alone. Their marketing strategy is very invasive and aggressive. They have complete disregard of what the public tells them all they are interested in is getting your personal information and banking details to set off unauthorised debit orders. ****** persistant ********.

I have received your complaint and would like to provide some feedback regarding this matter
You were nominated for a promotional gift and after providing your details, a R600 gift card was sent through to you, After receiving this, our sales team does contact you to ask if you would be interested in taking out a policy with Platinum Life.
I will follow up on the calls made, to confirm why you are still being contacted if you did advise that you are not interested. Our policies are optional and I have asked for your details to be removed from the floor and added to our do not contact list.
