PLATINUM LIFE INSUARANCE: efficient service amid controversial promotional practices.
it has some positive experiences, particularly praising the promptness and efficiency of the customer service. It has fast response times and is helpful to the support team when addressing issues or queries. However, complaints regarding the promotional gifting practices. overall I can say that the company is preferable and recommendable to use, although it should check on some of its sectors to suit its customers. Thank you
