Platinum Life have assisted me on many occasions, I was in an accident and wasn't able to make my monthly installments, every time I called to make payment arrangements I was given relief of a installment which helped my greatly. I have been with Platinum Life for more than 20 years and I am extremely great full for the assistance. With the last issue I had Juanita and Daniël where absolute professional and very considered with my situation.
