Platinum life has ******s working for them.
These people have the audacity to be rude to you when you don't want to give them your banking details, because they want to send you a package because someone who's name I don't even know nominated me, and he kept on pressuring me for banking details, who still gives out banking details over the phone????? And as soon as you ask for his name because you want to speak to a manager or just someone with a bit more brain cells they just hang up on you.

I do apologize for only getting back to you now - there was a slight delay in receiving the call.
I would like to apologize for the manner in which the consultant handled the call, especially after your wife advised that she does not wat to give her details. The policy is always optional and we never want anyone to feel pressured into providing the details,
I have tried to contact her from my side just to apologize and provide feedback, but was unable to reach her.
I have also escalated this to our sales team to ensure that it is addressed immediately
