Platinum Life harassing unknowing people
I am beyond fuming with the influx of calls I have been receiving from Platinum Life these last 2 months in connection with the free gift in exchange for friends and family's names and numbers. Firstly, it is ridiculous to call someone on the spot and ask them to provide contact details of people they know, knowing that they will not ask for consent to do so, in exchange for a free gift. This also feels very much like harassment because the more I block a number that is linked to this company, they contact me on a different number a few hours later. I have also requested to not be contacted by them in the future as I am a student who is busy 24/7, and yet it is like I am now being called even more. I am fed up. This is a bad reflection of Platinum Life as an insurance and a poor attempt at trying to gain more customers
I have received your complaint and would like to provide some feedback regarding this matter
