Platinum Life forced me to provide info I was not comfortable with

I would like to complain about the manner in which Platinum Life harassed me and finally forced me to provide them with my personal information which I didn't feel comfortable. The rep on the phone even forced me to open my bank app to provide her with personal bank information. Again no choice. I want Platinum Life to delete any personal contact data and NEVER call me again. I used Isabela Galeria products and it is not for everyone - so why force that on my too. I DO NOT GIVE CONSENT and I'm not interested in their cancer cover nor their personnel harassing people. She even called when it was not a good time for me to talk. If Platinum Life is going to deduct money - It will be ******* as again I will state. I AM NOT interested in this nonsense!!!!

Dear Melissa,

I am so sorry to hear about the experience you had. I have tried to contact you regarding this matter but was not able to reach you.

Our policies are obligation-free and you should never feel pressured or harassed into providing your details. As we do send out an active contract, your banking details need to be captured on the system but with your full consent.

I have requested the calls made to you from our sales department, to follow up on the conduct of the consultant and will escalate this complaint through to them as well to address it with the consultant.

A cancellation has been logged to ensure that no policy is issued out in your name as requested.

Please accept my apologies again and let me know if there is anything else I can assist with

Kind Regards
