Platinum life disappointment
Hi so yes I called them yesterday Needing there help regarding payment back to me... this morning I get an sms saying thank-you for taking my call but I called them and it was. Big disappointment because I have to wait 10 working days for the money and that doesn’t help me at all thank you for absolutely nothing Platnum life you mess everything up for me.. I want to cancel everything

I have received your review and would like to provide some feedback regarding this matter.
Kindly note that you contacted us on the 15th of November 2021 to cancel your policy,. As your debit order date is scheduled for the 15th, the premiums were already sent to the bank for deduction and could not be stopped.
As per your arrangement with the cancellation team, your policy has been adjusted effective January and we have arranged a refund for the premium taken as requested, As we need to wait for confirmation from the bank regarding the successful receipt of the debit order, you refund will only be paid thereafter.
I have processed your cancellation request and a consultant will be in touch to confirm. You are welcome to give us a call if there is anything we can assist with
