Platinum Life Deceit

I was called incessantly until I agreed to a free gift delivery that I reluctantly accepted as you insisted there were no obligations. This was then followed up with more incessant calls asking for personal information which I repeatedly said I am not comfortable providing. Eventually I was informed of something about 30 days but I NEVER agreed to any policy, yet my account has been deducted. If I could hear the recorded call I am absolutely certain there was NO CONSENT given verbally for anything. Your agent was extremely pushy, I was asked for my details after I repeatedly said I did not want to give them but was called back repeatedly until I unwillingly provided information on my bank account number with a reassurance that this was just for records purposes and nothing would be done until I consented, I clearly remember saying I was still thinking about it (which I was only saying because I wanted to be left alone!). This is deceit and theft in my opinion.
